Opening the sliding door, it feels like home. A nice one! Bright and open and the new floors warm the space perfectly and set a tone of opulence that continue as your eyes wonder to fine finishing and tasteful details in every direction.  No smells, very tidy, very welcoming for guests of all ages. Very remenicient of that rental beach condo the family loved! Well decorated and finely appointed, Besides personal items, the owners are rather flexible to include most things you can see making this one VERY EASY turn-key experience. Built in cabinets boast a large smart TV to be enjoyed and easily viewed from the spacious living room open to the lovely updated kitchen. Remodel in 2020 brought in new SS Frigidare Appliances, SS sink, and tied the antiqued white cabinets to the new LVP plank flooring perfectly with the georgeous countertops.
